Sydney Festival 2024: Blak Out

Sydney Festival’s ‘Blak Out‘ brings together some of Australia’s most talented First Nations artists to share their incredible stories. Curated by Sydney Festival’s Creative Artist in Residence Jacob Nash, will present three World Premieres alongside a packed wider program of powerful First Nations work.

The program features stories of rock’n’roll legends from the desert, Warumpi Band, of climate change in the Torres Strait, friendship and sisterhood from the big smoke and truths, past and present.

Sharing her third program as Festival Director, Olivia Ansell, said:
